HydraStark Terms of Service

1. Commercial Scope & Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern all inquiries, technical evaluations, engineering quotations, sales orders, and equipment supply executed between Hangzhou HydraStark Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. ("HydraStark", "we", "us") and commercial clients, distributors, or contractors ("Client", "Buyer"). By submitting technical RFQs, accessing CAD drawing portals, or issuing purchase orders, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Technical Specifications & Working Safety Limits

HydraStark designs and manufactures heavy-duty hydraulic tools operating at pressures from 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) up to 1500 Bar (21,750 PSI).

• Rated Load Capacities: All hydraulic cylinders, bolt tensioners, and torque wrenches must be operated strictly within factory-rated pressure limits and tonnage capacities.
• Proof Testing Mandate: 100% of manufactured cylinders undergo full-stroke pressure holding tests at 125% of rated pressure (875 bar for 700 bar tools) before global dispatch in accordance with ASME B30.1 standards.
• Fluid Compatibility: Systems must use premium anti-wear hydraulic oil meeting ISO VG 32 or ISO VG 46 specifications. Non-approved or contaminated fluid usage voids hydraulic warranty coverage.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Order Confirmation

Formal engineering quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders for custom hydraulic cylinders, specialized bolt tensioners, or multi-outlet PLC synchronous power units become binding upon written drawing sign-off and receipt of stipulated down payment.

4. Delivery, Freight & International Logistics

Deliveries are conducted under specified Incoterms 2020 rules (typically EXW, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF, or DDP). HydraStark packages all heavy tooling in fumigated, export-grade reinforced sea-wooden crates with internal moisture-barrier vapor packaging to prevent oxidation during international transit.

5. Factory Warranty & Field Support

Standard equipment includes a 12-month factory limited warranty against defects in raw metallurgy, CNC machining, or cylinder barrel chrome plating from the date of jobsite delivery.

• Consumable Components: Elastomeric Viton/PU seals, couplers, and flexible high-pressure hoses are covered against initial factory defects for 90 days.
• OEM Replacement Parts: Complete replacement seal kits and valve blocks are stocked for immediate international courier dispatch.
