Engineering Overview & Structural Features

The HSC Series S/A General Purpose Cylinder is engineered for continuous high-cycle lifting, pressing, and structural maintenance. Rated for 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) working pressure with capacities from 5 to 100 Metric Tons, its monobloc alloy steel body and specialized composite bearing surfaces withstand eccentric side loads up to 10% without cylinder scoring.

MONOBLOC FORGED ALLOY STEEL BODY

Precision-machined from single-piece high-yield alloy steel billet with baked enamel finish, eliminating weld seams and guaranteeing burst safety at 700 Bar.

10% SIDE-LOAD WEAR RESISTANCE

Integrated composite bearing rings and hardened steel guide rings absorb extreme side-load forces up to 10% without cylinder wall galling or rod seizure.

HARD CHROME-PLATED PLUNGER

Induction-hardened high-strength alloy rod treated with heavy hard-chrome plating resists abrasive scratching, corrosion, and rough field mechanical impacts.

PRE-STRESSED ALLOY RETURN SPRING

Heavy-duty straight-pull return spring delivers rapid and full plunger retraction once pressure is released, boosting multi-cycle production throughput.

Each unit is tested at 125% of its rated pressure before shipping (700 Bar rated, 875 Bar test pressure). This is above the 100% rated-load test required by ASME B30.1.

Lead time is typically 2–3 business days when the model is in stock and 7–35 business days otherwise. Warranty is 12 months after receipt of goods.
