HVP Series Heavy-Duty Vehicle-Mounted Hydraulic Pullers
Engineering Overview & Structural Features
The HVP Series Heavy-Duty Vehicle-Mounted Hydraulic Pullers are 100 to 200 Ton capacity vehicle-mounted extraction systems rated for 700 Bar (10,000 PSI), engineered for safe, precision disassembly of heavy press-fitted wheels, couplings, and shaft components in rail, mining, and heavy industrial environments. Four configurable models (2-jaw and 3-jaw) provide a spread range of 191 to 1,778 mm and a reach of 1,219 mm, with motorized center height adjustment from 676 to 2,134 mm.
Hydraulically Driven Safety Cage Clamping
An adjustable clamp jaw combined with a hydraulically driven safety cage design ensures secure, slip-free locking of workpieces throughout the entire extraction stroke. The cage locks hydraulically, eliminating the risk of jaw release under high extraction loads.
Automatic Self-Centering — Force Center Alignment
Automatic centering keeps the center screw rod permanently aligned at the geometric force center of the workpiece. This prevents misloading, eliminates off-axis side loading, and significantly extends the service life of the cylinder and jaw assembly.
Hydraulic Center Height Adjustment System
The integrated safety cage hydraulic drive independently adjusts the clamping distance and center height. The 100T models elevate from 676 to 1,690 mm; the 200T model extends from 800 to 2,134 mm above floor level — adapting precisely to locomotive axles, rolling mill stands, and heavy gearboxes without crane rigging.
High-Power Two-Stage Electric Pump & Remote Control
Equipped with an onboard high-power two-stage electric hydraulic pump and a 3-meter wire-controlled pendant switch, enabling the operator to stand safely clear of the extraction zone while maintaining full operational control at all times.
OEM Cross-Reference & Dimensional Interchangeability
Vehicle-mounted hydraulic pullers rated for 700 Bar (10,000 PSI), featuring a hydraulically driven safety cage with automatic centering, engineered for heavy shaft and wheel disassembly across 100 to 200 Ton capacities. 100 - 200 Ton Heavy Pullers.
