The HVP-55 Series 3-Jaw Vehicle-Mounted Hydraulic Pullers deliver 55 Ton pulling capacity with an extended 300 mm cylinder stroke and maximum spreads up to 1,250 mm. Built with double-acting hydraulics for active jaw clamping, ±5° centerline angle fine-tuning, and an integrated 1.5 kW electric pump station on a mobile castor cart, this machine ensures effortless single-operator setup for industrial wheels and gear assemblies.
Double-Acting Hydraulic Jaw Actuation
Dedicated double-acting hydraulic circuit actively holds, opens, and closes puller jaws, maintaining a safe, positive lock at all times without manual gripping.
Self-Centering Even Clamping
Self-centering geometry clamps all jaws evenly onto the workpiece, while an easy jaw head adjustment system prevents puller arms from sliding out of alignment.
±5° Centerline Angular Fine Adjustment
Puller head can be micro-adjusted 5 degrees up or down of the centerline, facilitating flawless axial docking onto unlevel shafts and machinery.
Onboard Electric Pump & Extensions
Includes integrated 1.5 kW electric hydraulic pump (220V 1-ph or 380V 3-ph) and four modular thrust adapters for seamless adaptation to diverse shaft lengths.
