The HVP-100 Series 2-Jaw Synchronized Mobile Hydraulic Pullers deliver 100 Ton pulling capacity with a 250 mm hydraulic stroke and spreads up to 1,219 mm. Specifically engineered for railway locomotive wheelsets, heavy tram wheels, and large industrial shaft assemblies, the puller arms slide inward and outward simultaneously with progressive clamping tightness and comprehensive remote control.
Practical Auto-Centering Simultaneous Sliding
Self-centering design with arms that slide inwards or outwards simultaneously; easily manoeuvred and vertically adjustable from 305 to 915 mm for precise wheelset engagement.
Progressive Clamping Rigidity
The harder the hydraulic force applied, the tighter the jaws grip onto the wheel rim. Ultra-rigid forged arms cannot bend or deflect under maximum 100-ton thrust.
Integral Safety Overload Relief Valve
Internal hydraulic safety release valve prevents system overloading and ensures operating pressures never exceed rated limits, protecting both shaft and pulling machine.
One-Person Operation with Remote Control
Complete package includes 3 shaft extension adapters and a multi-function remote control pendant, enabling a single technician to execute railway wheel demounting safely and efficiently.
