The HTW-PEX Series Explosion-Proof Electric Hydraulic Torque Wrench Pumps deliver continuous 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) working pressure for high-risk hazardous environments. Driven by a certified 1.5 kW, 380V three-phase explosion-proof motor with flameproof electric controls and solenoid valve, the unit eliminates electrical ignition risks. Featuring a two-stage hydraulic delivery system (8.0 L/min 1st stage, 0.8 L/min 2nd stage), integrated radiator oil cooler for continuous duty, and a 10.0L aluminum alloy reservoir (40 kg total weight) with protective roll frame and wheels, the HTW-PEX drives 2 or 4 hydraulic torque wrenches synchronously with smooth, regulated pressure.
EXPLOSION-PROOF MOTOR & SOLENOID VALVE
Equipped with a certified 1.5 kW (380V) explosion-proof motor, flameproof electrical control box, and explosion-proof solenoid valve, preventing spark and thermal ignition in volatile environments.
TWO-STAGE HIGH-EFFICIENCY FLOW (8.0 / 0.8 L/MIN)
Releases high working efficiency with dual-stage output: 8.0 L/min at 1st stage for rapid tool pre-stroke advance, automatically switching to 0.8 L/min at 2nd stage up to full 700 Bar torque pressure.
SYNCHRONOUSLY DRIVE 2 OR 4 WRENCHES
Features standard twin-hose quick connection, with optional 4-tool multi-manifold block to synchronously drive 2 or 4 hydraulic torque wrenches with balanced pressure output.
INTEGRATED OIL COOLER FOR CONTINUOUS DUTY
Equipped with an integrated cooling fan and oil cooler matrix, preventing excessive fluid temperature and maintaining consistent hydraulic performance under prolonged heavy bolting shifts.
10L ALUMINUM TANK, WHEELS & 6M REMOTE
Aluminum alloy reservoir (10L capacity, 40 kg total weight) with sight level gauge and tubular roll frame with wheels for easy moving. Includes an external pressure regulating valve and standard 6m remote control cable.
