The HTW-PA Series Air-Driven Hydraulic Torque Wrench Pumps (700 Bar / 70 MPa) are powered entirely by compressed air via a high-performance 1.1 kW rotary vane air motor (3,000 RPM, 4–8 Bar shop air supply, 1.9 m³/min consumption). Designed for hazardous, explosive, and remote industrial jobsites with absolute zero electrical arcing risk, the pump integrates a precision three-stage hydraulic system delivering 7.0, 1.6, and 0.8 L/min flow for rapid tool cycle completion. Standardized with an 8.0L lightweight aluminum alloy reservoir (20.5 kg dry weight), external knurled pressure regulator (40–700 Bar), pneumatic solenoid valve control, integrated oil-mist exhaust segregation, and the capability to drive 2 or 4 torque wrenches simultaneously.
1.1 KW ROTARY VANE AIR MOTOR
Driven by standard workshop compressed air (4–8 Bar supply, 1.9 m³/min consumption) rated at 1.1 kW and 3,000 RPM. Eliminates electrical components entirely, ensuring intrinsic explosion-proof safety in oil, gas, chemical, and offshore environments.
THREE-STAGE HIGH-EFFICIENCY FLOW
Three distinct displacement stages maximize bolting throughput: 1st stage supplies 7.0 L/min for ultra-fast wrench stroke advance, 2nd stage outputs 1.6 L/min during snugging, and 3rd stage delivers 0.8 L/min at full 700 Bar tightening.
DRIVE 2 OR 4 WRENCHES SYNCHRONOUSLY
Equipped with standard twin-hose quick connect ports, with an optional 4-tool multi-manifold block to synchronously power up to 4 hydraulic torque wrenches, ensuring uniform flange gasket compression and zero bolt galling.
OUTSIDE PRESSURE VALVE & SOLENOID PENDANT
Pneumatic solenoid valve control delivers instant wrench forward and retract actuation via a remote ergonomic pendant. External knurled valve allows stepless pressure calibration between 40 and 700 Bar with dual-scale gauge feedback.
8.0L ALLOY RESERVOIR & OIL-MIST SEGREGATION
Fabricated with an 8.0-liter lightweight hard-anodized aluminum alloy reservoir keeping overall dry weight to just 20.5 kg. Features an engineered air exhaust port with integrated oil/mist segregation for clean, environmentally safe exhaust.
