The HTW-P3S Series High-Flow Three-Stage Electric Torque Wrench Pumps provide high-cycle, multi-point hydraulic bolting power rated up to 700 Bar (10,000 PSI). Powered by an industrial 1.1 kW / 1.5 kW motor (220V, 50/60 Hz), the pump incorporates an advanced 3-stage hydraulic displacement block delivering 7.0 L/min low-pressure advancement, 1.6 L/min mid-pressure transition, and 0.8 L/min high-torque finishing. Featuring a genuine HAWE directional solenoid valve, high-efficiency fan-blown radiator oil cooler, and an 8.0L lightweight aluminum alloy tank with protective tubular roll cage, the HTW-P3S weighs just 26.5 kg to drive 2 or 4 torque wrenches simultaneously across wind turbines, petrochemical refineries, and mining plants.
THREE-STAGE HIGH-FLOW HYDRAULIC BLOCK
Three-stage piston delivery delivers 7.0 L/min for instant pre-stroke take-up, 1.6 L/min during mid-pressure wrench stroke engagement, and 0.8 L/min at full 700 Bar torque for rapid cycle completion.
GENUINE HAWE SOLENOID CONTROL
High-performance HAWE directional solenoid valve provides instantaneous, crisp wrench advance-retract shifting via a 24V low-voltage ergonomic remote pendant (standard 6-meter cable).
SYNCHRONOUS MULTI-WRENCH DRIVE
Equipped with dual or optional 4-tool multi-port manifold blocks with quick-disconnect spin-collar couplers, powering 2 or 4 torque wrenches synchronously to prevent uneven flange deformation.
FORCED-AIR HEAT EXCHANGER MATRIX
Integrated high-efficiency aluminum radiator matrix with an electric axial fan keeps oil temperature low under uninterrupted 24-hour shift conditions, preventing fluid breakdown and seal degradation.
8.0L ALUMINUM TANK & 26.5 KG MOBILITY
Constructed with an 8-liter hard-anodized aluminum alloy reservoir and a rugged tubular steel roll cage (375 × 300 × 458 mm), keeping dry weight to just 26.5 kg for convenient two-man jobsite carrying.
PRECISION ADJUSTABLE SYSTEM RELIEF
External knurled regulator allows smooth target pressure setting from 40 to 700 Bar with ±1% repeatability, backed by a large vibration-damped glycerin pressure gauge and fluid sight levels.
