The HTP-EX Series Explosion-Proof Electric Bolt Tensioner Pumps are purpose-engineered for ultra-high pressure bolt tensioning and hydraulic nut operations in Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive industrial environments. Powered by a heavy-duty 1.1 kW, 380V/220V three-phase flameproof motor (Ex d IIB T4, IP55), the pump delivers steplessly adjustable hydraulic pressure from 700 up to 1800 Bar (10,150–26,100 PSI) without relying on vulnerable pneumatic boosters. Fitted with a high-capacity 10.0L aircraft-grade aluminum reservoir, an all-round tubular roll cage, and 4 lockable swivel casters, the HTP-EX supplies safe, continuous fluid power for critical flange bolting across offshore drilling rigs, petrochemical refineries, and LNG terminals.
EX D IIB T4 / IP55 FLAMEPROOF MOTOR
Equipped with a certified 1.1 kW 3-phase explosion-proof motor and flameproof starter housing (Ex d IIB T4, IP55), eliminating electrical spark and thermal ignition risks in Zone 1 / Zone 2 volatile vapor zones.
TWO-STAGE HIGH PRESSURE FLOW
Dual-stage plunger pumping delivers 2.7 L/min at low pressure for rapid bolt tensioner stroke extension, automatically shifting to 0.4 L/min high-pressure delivery up to 1800 Bar for smooth, rapid pre-loading.
700 TO 1800 BAR CONTINUOUS ADJUSTMENT
Precision external pressure regulator permits stepless calibration between 700 and 1800 Bar, supported by an internal calibrated relief bypass valve to prevent over-pressurization of tensioner bodies and hoses.
10.0L AIRCRAFT ALUMINUM RESERVOIR
High-volume 10-liter hard-anodized aluminum alloy oil reservoir provides outstanding heat dissipation during continuous duty, equipped with dual fluid level sight gauges and a splash-proof breather cap.
TUBULAR ROLL CAGE & 4 SWIVEL CASTERS
Rugged Ø25mm tubular steel frame provides 360° impact defense for the motor and hydraulic block. Four industrial swivel wheels allow single-operator transit across refinery decks and offshore grating (37 kg dry weight).
CEJN 125 QUICK COUPLER & POWER-OFF HOLD
Equipped with an authentic CEJN 125 series ultra-high pressure quick coupler and a precision needle depressurization valve. Holds target tension securely upon motor cut-off without oil leakage or pressure drop.
