HTP-A Series Pneumatic UHP Bolt Tensioner Pumps
Engineering Overview & Structural Features
The HTP-A Series Pneumatic Ultra-High Pressure Bolt Tensioner Pumps deliver extreme hydraulic working pressures from 1500 Bar up to 3000 Bar (150–300 MPa) powered entirely by standard 6 to 10 Bar compressed shop air. Purpose-engineered for oil & gas refineries, offshore platforms, petrochemical processing facilities, and explosive hazardous environments, the HTP-A Series eliminates electrical ignition hazards completely. Featuring an integrated air preparation filter-regulator, external hydraulic pressure tuning knob (0–3000 Bar), internal calibrated safety bypass, and heavy-gauge 4L, 5L, and 8L reservoirs, it supplies smooth, stall-free fluid power for multiple simultaneous bolt tensioners and ultra-high pressure pullers.
100% PNEUMATIC EXPLOSION-PROOF SAFETY
Driven entirely by 6–10 Bar compressed air with zero electrical components, eliminating spark or thermal ignition risks in ATEX Zone 1 / Division 1 offshore rigs, gas plants, and confined petrochemical spaces.
1500 - 3000 BAR CONTINUOUS UHP OUTPUT
High-ratio reciprocating pneumatic intensifier piston delivers steady, pulsation-damped hydraulic pressure from 1500 Bar up to 3000 Bar (0.10 to 0.40 L/min), maintaining pre-set tension without stalling or air consumption at hold.
EXTERNAL PRESSURE REGULATOR & SAFETY RELIEF
Features an ergonomic external pressure regulator allowing infinitely variable output adjustment within 0–3000 Bar, protected by a tamper-proof internal safety relief valve that prevents tool over-pressurization.
DUAL PANEL GAUGES & INTEGRATED AIR F.R.L
Dual stainless pressure gauges clearly display incoming compressed air drive pressure and real-time hydraulic working pressure side-by-side, conditioned by an internal air filter, regulator, and lubricator (F.R.L) assembly.
HEAVY STEEL ENCLOSURE & 4L-8L RESERVOIRS
Housed in a rugged powder-coated industrial steel cabinet (600 × 460 × 500 mm) with top carrying handle. Available with 4L, 5L, and 8L fluid reservoirs (16–24 kg) to power banks of multiple tensioner heads simultaneously.
G-1/4" UHP COUPLER & RAPID RELEASE VALVE
Industry-standard G-1/4" pressure port equipped with positive-locking 3000 Bar quick-disconnect couplers and an instantaneous hydraulic depressurization valve for fast, safe bolt tensioner retraction and line uncoupling.
OEM Cross-Reference & Dimensional Interchangeability
Air-driven ultra-high pressure hydraulic bolt tensioner pumps rated for 1500 to 3000 Bar (21,750 to 43,500 PSI), engineered for explosion-proof flange bolting and hydraulic pulling across 4 to 8 L reservoirs. 1500 - 3000 Bar Air Tensioner.
