The HTM-P Series Precision Planetary Torque Multipliers provide ultra-compact, high-efficiency mechanical torque magnification for critical bolting in confined spaces where hydraulic or pneumatic access is unavailable. Covering rated outputs of 1,000 to 2,000 N·m (740 to 1,450 lbf·ft) with 4.5:1, 5:1, 22:1, and 25:1 precision epicyclic gear reductions, these tools enable operators using standard manual torque wrenches to achieve repeatable ±4% bolting accuracy with minimal physical effort.
Compact Profile for Confined Workspaces
Ultra-compact 52 mm and 72 mm gearhead diameter allows closer positioning to the workpiece, ensuring convenient and safe manual bolting in restricted quarters and recessed flange envelopes.
Anti-Backlash Safety Mechanism
Integrated mechanical anti-backlash ratchet eliminates spring-back recoil during multi-stage tightening, maximizing operational safety, ratcheting convenience, and holding torque.
Lightweight Aluminum Reaction Arms
Features high-strength lightweight aluminum alloy reaction arms (0.66 to 0.85 kg) with versatile positioning geometries to suit diverse flange, casing, and foundation bolt applications.
Sensor Compatibility & Calibrated Precision
Precision epicyclic gearing provides certified torque repeatability better than ±4%, fully compatible with digital torque sensors and remote displays for real-time tightening verification.
