The HSV Series 700 Bar Directional & Flow Control Valves deliver precision circuit modulation and critical load-holding security for 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) hydraulic installations. Precision-machined from solid forged alloy steel billets, the HSV family includes fine-metering needle valves for cylinder speed control, pilot-operated check valves with a 6.5:1 pilot ratio for automatic fail-safe locking upon pressure loss, manual load-holding check valves, and adjustable 55-700 Bar pressure relief valves complete with a 0.9 m return hose kit. Precision NPTF dry-seal porting guarantees leak-free operation under continuous full-tonnage duty.
700 Bar Continuous Duty Rating
All HSV valve bodies are rated for continuous 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) working pressure, manufactured from high-tensile solid forged alloy steel to resist cyclic hydraulic fatigue and shock loads.
Zero-Leakage NPTF Dry-Seal Porting
Standardized with 3/8"-18 and 1/4"-18 NPTF female ports to insure against fluid leakage under rated pressure, compatible with all standard high-pressure fittings and hoses.
Precision Needle Throttling (HSV-11 / 114)
Fine-tapered metering needle stems allow delicate control of cylinder advance and retract speeds, double as temporary shut-off valves, and serve as gauge snubber dampers.
Pilot-Operated Load Locking (HSV-42)
Mounts directly at cylinders to hold loads securely in case of system pressure loss. Features a 14% pilot pressure ratio (6.5:1) for reliable opening during double-acting retraction.
Manual Load Holding & Release (HSV-23)
HSV-23 integrates a heavy-duty ball handle allowing operators to firmly isolate single- or double-acting cylinders and smoothly direct return oil to reservoir upon manual shift.
55-700 Bar Adjustable Relief (HSV-152)
Limits maximum circuit pressure with ±3% repeatability across a 55 to 700 Bar adjustment range. Supplied complete with a 0.9 m return line hose kit to safeguard pump circuits.
