The HST-S Series Single-Stage Topside Hydraulic Bolt Tensioners provide direct, friction-free axial stud stretching for critical high-pressure flange joints and structural assemblies. Operating at 1500 Bar (21,750 PSI) continuous pressure across M24 to M100 metric thread sizes, these tools deliver pure axial elongation directly to the stud. By eliminating torsional friction, galling, and thread bending, the HST-S Series guarantees uniform gasket compression and leak-free joint integrity across demanding topside oil, gas, and energy infrastructure.
PURE AXIAL STRETCH (ZERO FRICTION)
Applies purely axial tensile preload directly to the bolt stud. Completely eliminates thread galling, frictional uncertainties, and torsional stress, delivering calibrated bolt elongation and repeatable joint integrity.
COMPACT MODULAR 4-COMPONENT KIT
Engineered with an ultra-compact, low-weight profile. A single hydraulic load cell accommodates interchangeable puller sleeves and reaction bridges, tensioning multiple bolt diameters with minimal tool investment.
LOAD RETURN & SPRING RETURN
Available in standard manual/load return and optional automatic spring return configurations, streamlining repetitive multi-stud tensioning passes and speeding up topside turnaround schedules.
SYNCHRONOUS MULTI-TOOL DAISY-CHAINING
Equipped with twin 1500 Bar quick-connect couplers, enabling seamless series interconnectivity around circular pipe flanges to ensure 100% simultaneous joint closure and zero flange leakage.
