HST-M Series Multi-Stage Compact Bolt Tensioners
Engineering Overview & Structural Features
The HST-M Series Multi-Stage Compact Hydraulic Bolt Tensioners provide custom-engineered, ultra-compact axial stud tensioning for restricted radial clearances where standard single-stage tensioners interfere with adjacent walls or bolt circles. Rated for 1500 Bar (21,750 PSI) continuous working pressure, the coaxial stacked multi-piston architecture maximizes hydraulic surface area vertically within a slim body diameter. Each HST-M tensioner is custom-configured to the application's specific flange clearance, thread size, and load requirement for wind turbine towers, nacelles, and heavy industrial casings.
SLIM ENVELOPE WITH HIGHER TENSION
Relatively smaller outside body dimensions with higher tensioning force, specifically tailored for confined spaces where radial clearance between the bolt circle and vessel shell is severely restricted.
MULTI-STAGE COAXIAL PISTON DESIGN
Coaxial multi-stage stacked cylinder design maximizes the axial tensioning length and effective hydraulic area within a narrow envelope, overcoming single-stage radial envelope limitations.
DEDICATED PRECISION & FAST OPERATION
Optimized for single-type bolt tensioning applications, delivering high precision and convenient operation with integrated 80° sweep hex drive nut sockets for rapid manual nut seating.
1500 BAR MULTI-PUMP COMPATIBILITY
Operates smoothly up to 1500 Bar maximum working pressure with ultra-high pressure manual hand pumps (BHAP), pneumatic pumps, and electric tensioner power units for versatile site readiness.
OEM Cross-Reference & Dimensional Interchangeability
Ultra-high-pressure 1500 Bar (150 MPa) multi-stage compact hydraulic bolt tensioners engineered for narrow radial clearance bolting. Features coaxial stacked double-cylinder architecture delivering massive pre-tensioning force for wind turbine foundation bolts, nuclear vessels, and confined flange rings. 1500 Bar Compact Multi-Stage.
