HSCT Series Multi-Stage Telescopic Cylinders
Engineering Overview & Structural Features
The HSCT Series Single-Acting Multi-Stage Telescopic Cylinders are engineered specifically for precision lifting in extremely confined overhead clearances where minimal collapsed height and extended cumulative stroke are critically required. Operating at 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) working pressure with rated capacities from 10 to 50 Metric Tons, the multi-tier telescopic plunger design maximizes effective lift height (up to 64 mm) from a collapsed profile as low as 42 mm, eliminating repetitive manual shimming, packing, and multi-step cribbing operations.
MULTI-STAGE TELESCOPIC EXTENSION
Sequential multi-tier plunger architecture substantially multiplies effective stroke without increasing body height, enabling long-travel lifting in narrow apertures and eliminating hazardous progressive cribbing.
ULTRA-LOW FLAT BODY GEOMETRY
Ultra-compact flat profile starting at just 42 mm closed height and 1.5 kg total weight provides seamless insertion into restricted machinery gaps, turbine baseplates, and bridge expansion joints.
SPECIALIZED SURFACE HARDENING
Cylinder body and telescopic pistons undergo proprietary surface conversion treatment, offering superior abrasion resistance, corrosion protection, and endurance against aggressive jobsite contaminants.
HIGH-FLOW COUPLER & SPRING RETURN
Standard single-acting spring-return mechanism ensures positive and rapid plunger retraction, paired with an industry-standard quick-connect hydraulic coupler and aluminum dust sealing cap.
Dimension codes (A: Collapsed Height, B: Extended Height, D: Outside Diameter) correspond directly to the Engineering Specifications table below.
OEM Cross-Reference & Dimensional Interchangeability
Single-acting spring-return multi-stage telescopic flat hydraulic cylinders rated for 700 Bar (10,000 PSI), engineered for extended stroke lifting in extremely confined overhead clearances without repetitive shimming across 10 to 50 Metric Ton capacities. 10 - 50 Ton / 25 - 64 mm Multi-Stage.

How does the HydraStark HSCT compare with the Enerpac RLS?
The HydraStark HSCT range (HSCT Series Multi-Stage Telescopic Cylinders) is positioned as an alternative to the Enerpac RLS (OEM part numbers such as RLS-101, RLS-201, RLS-301). Enerpac is a registered trademark of its owner; the reference is provided for dimensional and technical comparison only. Mounting dimensions, ratings and interfaces are listed in the specification table on this page — please confirm them against your existing equipment, or send us your OEM part number and our engineers will check compatibility before you order.
Q2What are the key specifications of the HSCT?

What are the key specifications of the HSCT?
Rated Capacity: 10 - 50 Metric Tons; Operating Pressure: 700 Bar (10,000 PSI); Action & Return: Single-Acting, Spring Return; Stroke Range: 25 - 64 mm (Multi-Stage Telescopic); Collapsed Height: 42 - 66 mm (Ultra-Low Flat Profile). Full specifications and dimensions are given in the specification table below.
Q3Which models are available in the HSCT series?
expand_more
Which models are available in the HSCT series?
The specification table lists 4 models: HSCT-100, HSCT-200, HSCT-300, HSCT-500. For non-standard requirements, please describe them in the inquiry form.
Q4How is the HSCT tested before shipping?
expand_more
How is the HSCT tested before shipping?
Each unit is tested at 125% of its rated pressure before shipping (700 Bar rated, 875 Bar test pressure). This is above the 100% rated-load test required by ASME B30.1.
Q5What are the lead time, warranty and shipping options for the HSCT?
