HSCL Series Low-Height Cylinders
Engineering Overview & Structural Features
The HSCL Series Low-Height Hydraulic Cylinders are engineered specifically for demanding structural lifting, bridge bearing replacement, and heavy machinery leveling where vertical overhead clearance is strictly confined. Operating at 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) working pressure with rated capacities from 10 to 100 Metric Tons, its compact monobloc alloy steel profile delivers an optimal combination of low collapsed height (88 mm to 141 mm) and maximum usable stroke (38 mm to 62 mm).
COMPACT LOW-PROFILE ARCHITECTURE
Low-profile collapsed height starting at just 88 mm paired with long effective stroke (up to 62 mm) enables powerful lifting in narrow gaps where conventional cylinders cannot be deployed.
HEAT-TREATED ALLOY STOP RING
Machined from high-strength heat-treated alloy steel, the internal stop ring positive-stops plunger over-travel at full extension while absorbing severe eccentric lateral side-loading.
HARD CHROME PLUNGER & BRONZE BEARING
Dual hard-chrome plating on both the cylinder bore and solid plunger prevents abrasion and corrosion, supported by bronze overlay bearing rings to reduce bore scoring and extend service life.
PRE-TENSIONED STRAIGHT-PULL SPRING
Heavy-duty industrial return spring guarantees rapid, repeatable plunger retraction across long-term duty cycles, ensuring prompt reset between sequential jacking strokes.
U-CUP SEALING & HIGH-FLOW COUPLER
Premium polyurethane U-cup sealing configuration prevents hydraulic bypassing under full pressure, equipped with high-flow quick coupler, dust cover, and standardized base mounting holes.
Dimension codes (A: Collapsed Height, B: Extended Height, D: Outside Diameter, F: Plunger Diameter, U/V: Base Mounting Holes) correspond directly to the Engineering Specifications table below.
OEM Cross-Reference & Dimensional Interchangeability
Single-acting spring-return low-height hydraulic cylinders rated for 700 Bar (10,000 PSI), engineered for confined-space structural jacking, machinery leveling, and bridge bearing maintenance across 10 to 100 Ton capacities. 10 - 100 Ton / 38 - 62 mm Stroke.

expand_more
How does the HydraStark HSCL compare with the Enerpac RCS?
The HydraStark HSCL range (HSCL Series Low-Height Cylinders) is positioned as an alternative to the Enerpac RCS (OEM part numbers such as RCS-101, RCS-201, RCS-302, RCS-502, RCS-1002). Enerpac is a registered trademark of its owner; the reference is provided for dimensional and technical comparison only. Mounting dimensions, ratings and interfaces are listed in the specification table on this page — please confirm them against your existing equipment, or send us your OEM part number and our engineers will check compatibility before you order.
Q2What are the key specifications of the HSCL?
