The HSCH Series Single-Acting Hollow Plunger Cylinders are engineered specifically to provide dual-function push and pull forces across demanding industrial maintenance, civil construction, and heavy manufacturing. Operating at 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) working pressure with rated capacities from 13 to 100 Metric Tons, the central through-bore permits rods, cables, or pulling screws to pass entirely through the cylinder body, transforming complex bolt tensioning, structural tendon prestressing, and bearing extraction into smooth, single-operator operations.
Center Hole Through-Bore
Precision-machined full-length central bore (Ø 19.6 mm to 79.0 mm) allows seamless insertion of tie rods, bridge stay cables, and threaded pulling studs for tensioning and pulling operations.
Hardened Alloy Guide Ring
Heavy-duty stop ring machined from heat-treated alloy steel eliminates piston over-travel at full extension while absorbing severe eccentric lateral side-loading without barrel galling.
Hardened Chrome Plunger
Dual hard-chrome plating on both the inner bore and outer cylinder body provides extreme abrasion and corrosion protection, paired with bronze overlay bearings for long operational life.
Heavy-Duty Straight-Pull Spring
Pre-tensioned industrial straight-pull return spring guarantees rapid, repeatable plunger retraction even when pulling cables or long rods through the center hole cavity.
