The HSCF Series Super-Flat Jack Cylinders are engineered specifically for critical applications where overhead clearance is severely restricted. Operating at 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) working pressure with capacities from 5 to 150 Metric Tons and ultra-low collapsed heights down to 33 mm, the series combines hardened alloy steel stop rings, bronze overlay side-load bearings, and heavy-duty return springs for high-reliability structural separation, turbine jacking, and heavy equipment alignment.
Ultra-Low Profile Clearance
Ultra-compact closed heights (33 mm to 100 mm) enable direct insertion into narrow structural joints, transformer pads, and machinery bases where standard jacks cannot fit.
Hardened Alloy Guide Ring
Precision-machined hardened alloy steel stop ring prevents plunger over-extension under extreme pressure while effectively absorbing eccentric side-loading forces.
Integral Grooved Plunger End
Machined concentric grooves on the hardened piston face provide positive load grip, preventing load slippage without requiring bulky auxiliary saddles in cramped clearances.
Heavy-Duty Pre-Tensioned Spring
Industrial-grade straight-pull return spring provides rapid, fully controlled plunger retraction upon pressure release, ensuring swift cycle turnaround during multi-point operations.
