The HSC-LNH Series Single-Acting High-Tonnage Lock Nut Cylinders are heavy-duty lifting and sustained-load workhorses built for civil engineering, bridge erection, module shifting, and heavy foundation support. Operating at 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) working pressure with capacities spanning 50 to 1,000 Metric Tons, its positive-locking mechanical nut spins down against the cylinder body to hold heavy structural loads mechanically for unlimited durations with zero reliance on hydraulic pressure. Standard equipped with a 10% dynamic side-load tolerance, full-stroke composite guide bearings, integral overstroke overflow port, and factory-certified rigging eyes.
