The HSC-LN Series Single-Acting Mechanical Lock Nut Cylinders provide positive, fail-safe mechanical load holding for extended durations under maximum rated capacity up to 1,000 Metric Tons. Operating at 700 Bar (10,000 PSI), these single-acting load-return cylinders feature heavy-duty acme-threaded piston rods and hardened locking rings that screw down flush against the cylinder body, allowing complete hydraulic pressure discharge while mechanically supporting critical structures indefinitely. Built from forged high-strength alloy steel with hard chrome bores, QPQ anti-wear rod treatments, internal overflow ports to restrict over-stroke, and standard high-flow couplers, the HSC-LN Series is the global engineering benchmark for bridge launching, foundation leveling, and structural underpinning.

FAIL-SAFE MECHANICAL LOCK NUT LOAD RETENTION

Heavy-duty acme-threaded piston rods and precision-machined locking collars screw down flush against the top of the cylinder body. Once engaged, all hydraulic pressure can be safely released while mechanically holding 100% rated tonnage indefinitely without creep.

QPQ SURFACE HARDENING & ANODIC CORROSION DEFENSE

Proprietary Quench-Polish-Quench (QPQ) liquid nitriding gives threaded piston rods extreme surface hardness (≥ HRC 58), exceptional scuff resistance during lock ring rotation, and superior resistance to marine and salt-fog corrosion.

MONOBLOC FORGED ALLOY STEEL & OVERFLOW LIMITER

Single-piece forged high-tensile alloy steel cylinder barrels resist internal hoop expansion under 700 Bar. An integrated stroke-limiting overflow port prevents over-extension by safely dumping oil if the plunger exceeds rated travel.

ECCENTRIC LOAD MITIGATION & ST TILT SADDLE READY

Heavy-duty composite bearing bands absorb aggressive side loads up to 10% without cylinder bore galling. All models feature removable hardened grooved saddles and can be fitted with optional ST-series 5° tilting saddles.
