Hot-forged from premium 42CrMo / SCM440 chrome-molybdenum high-density alloy steel (vacuum-hardened to HRC 48–52) and treated with manganese phosphating, these bushings slide directly into hex ratchet workhead bores (HHW and HHW-S Series), reducing nut across-flat (A/F) dimensions from 175 mm down to 19 mm (3/4" to 6-7/8") without requiring costly dedicated workhead replacements.
