The HPS-F Series Multi-Outlet Split-Flow Synchronized Hydraulic Pumps are engineered for multi-point lifting, lowering, and structural positioning where mechanical positive displacement flow division delivers safe, reliable synchronization within ±4% without requiring electronic displacement sensors or complex PLC programming. Available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 equal-flow outlets powered by continuous-duty 0.75 kW to 15.0 kW 3-phase electric motors at 700 Bar (10,000 PSI), the HPS-F Series features independent 4/3 manual joysticks or 24V solenoid valves with 5m remote pendants, dedicated per-circuit relief valves and glycerin pressure gauges, and rugged roll cages with certified overhead crane lift eyes and integrated forklift pockets.
MECHANICAL ROTARY EQUAL FLOW DIVISION (≤ ±4%)
Employs multi-element positive displacement piston pumps to deliver mechanically equal flow division within ±4% accuracy across 2, 4, 6, or 8 outlets regardless of load variations between individual lifting points, eliminating delicate external displacement sensors and PLC complexity.
SYNCHRONOUS & INDEPENDENT CIRCUIT FLEXIBILITY
Equipped with 4/3-way directional control with Advance, Hold, and Retract functionality. Operators can drive all cylinders simultaneously for synchronized group lift/lower, or isolate individual ports for precise shimming, bearing swaps, and pre-load leveling.
DEDICATED RELIEF VALVE & GAUGE PER CIRCUIT
Every split-flow outlet is protected by an independently adjustable 70 to 700 Bar pressure relief valve and an individual glycerin-damped pressure gauge, providing real-time pressure diagnostics per jacking point and preventing localized jack overload.
DUAL CONTROL: MANUAL JOYSTICKS OR SOLENOID PENDANT
Configurable with tactile ergonomic 4/3 manual joysticks directly on the valve block, or heavy-duty 24 VDC solenoid valves paired with an IP65 remote pendant and 5-meter cord, allowing operators complete remote supervisory control outside the hazardous lift perimeter.
HEAVY STEEL RESERVOIRS (10L, 40L & 150L)
Engineered with heavy-gauge welded steel tanks in 10L, 40L, and 150L usable oil capacities to power banks of long-stroke single- and double-acting cylinders without oil starvation or thermal overheating, equipped with dual sight level gauges and air breathers.
ALL-WELDED ROLL FRAME & DUAL FORKLIFT CHANNELS
Full-perimeter structural steel tubular cage safeguards valve manifolds, electric consoles, and motor assemblies from harsh jobsite impact, featuring certified top lifting eyes for crane hoisting and built-in base forklift pockets for rapid, stable mobilization.
