Forged from high-grade alloy steel with a protective baked enamel finish, these monobloc pumps resist heavy job-site impact and structural deflection across usable oil capacities from 330 to 7,500 cm³. Featuring an automatic dual-stage displacement circuit that slashes handle pumping strokes by up to 78%, integral 4-way 3-position directional control valves on double-acting models (HPM-SD), high-rigidity operating levers with bottom transport locks, and internal safety relief valves, the HPM-S Series is engineered for bridge maintenance, heavy structural jacking, and plant rigging operations.

High-volume initial displacement (up to 125 cm³/stroke on 7500 models) rapidly advances pistons under no-load, delivering high-volume first-stage oil displacement before seamlessly shifting into 700 Bar high-pressure mode.
INTEGRAL 4-WAY 3-POSITION SPOOL VALVES (HPM-SD)
Double-acting models feature factory-integrated 4-way, 3-position directional control valves, providing positive hydraulic advance, hold, and retract control without cumbersome external valve blocks or fittings.
OVERLOAD RELIEF PROTECTION & RIGID TRANSPORT LOCK
Built-in safety relief valves prevent circuit over-pressurization above 700 Bar. Steel operating handles lock securely into bottom position for balanced single-operator site carry, equipped with standard 3/8"-18 NPT ports.
BRIDGE BEARING REPLACEMENT & SYNCHRONOUS LIFTING
Large oil volume models (up to 7,500 cm³) provide abundant hydraulic capacity to simultaneously actuate multiple high-tonnage cylinders during bridge girder elevation without oil starvation.
