The HPE Series Industrial Heavy-Duty Electric Hydraulic Pumps are engineered for continuous, multi-shift heavy lifting, structural jacking, and plant fabrication operations at 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) working pressure. Powered by high-efficiency 0.75 kW to 5.60 kW (1.0 to 7.5 hp) totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) industrial electric motors with IP55 enclosure protection, these units deliver massive low-pressure advance flows up to 12.29 L/min before seamlessly shifting into high-pressure clamping mode. Configured with heavy-gauge welded steel reservoirs from 5.0 to 40.0 liters, built-in user-adjustable relief valves (70-700 Bar), and modular directional control valves, the HPE Series provides dependable fluid delivery for multi-cylinder synchronization and heavy production tooling.
TEFC MOTORS & IP55 INDUSTRIAL ENCLOSURE
Equipped with 0.75 kW to 5.60 kW totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) industrial electric motors with heavy steel fan guards and IP55 protection class, engineered for extended continuous-duty cycles in harsh environments.
HIGH-EFFICIENCY TWO-STAGE HYDRAULIC DISPLACEMENT
Dual-stage high-bypass flow circuitry delivers massive low-pressure flow (up to 12.29 L/min at 7 Bar) for rapid tool advance, transitioning smoothly to 0.55-2.73 L/min at 700 Bar to minimize production cycle times.
USER-ADJUSTABLE 70-700 BAR RELIEF VALVE
Integrated external relief valve allows operators to dial in exact circuit clamping pressure from 70 to 700 Bar on both manual and solenoid valve blocks, safeguarding connected hydraulic tooling from over-pressurization.
HEAVY STEEL RESERVOIRS (5-40L) & MODULAR VALVING
Welded steel reservoirs with anti-aeration baffles and magnetic drain plugs. Accommodates 3/2, 3/3, 4/3 manual, solenoid, and pilot check locking valves with 24 VAC remote pendants for single/double-acting cylinders.
MULTI-POINT BRIDGE JACKING & SHORING
20L and 40L reservoir configurations provide continuous oil volume for multiple high-tonnage cylinders during bridge bearing replacements and infrastructure elevation.
FACTORY AUTOMATION PRESSES & CLAMPING
Continuous-duty TEFC motors paired with solenoid valves integrate into PLC-driven production presses, hydro-forming fixtures, and heavy component clamping cells.
HEAVY MINING & SHIPYARD RIGGING
Roll-cage protected frame, IP55 sealed electronics, and 5.55 kW high-flow output actuate heavy dragline crawler track pins, dragline maintenance, and shipyard module positioning.
