The HPE-C Series Compact Electric Hydraulic Pumps deliver high-performance 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) hydraulic power in an ultra-portable 13.0 to 14.5 kg form factor. Powered by a heavy-duty 0.37 kW (0.5 hp) universal commutator motor, the HPE-C Series starts reliably under 100% full load and operates consistently even under unstable voltage, long job-site extension cords, or portable generators. Featuring an automatic two-speed internal pump block (3.0 L/min low-pressure advance, 0.33 L/min high-pressure flow), a 2.0-liter reservoir, an ergonomic protective shroud with molded carry handle, and a 24 VAC low-voltage remote pendant (3 m cord), the HPE-C Series is the premier choice for powering punching tools, crimpers, cutters, and medium-tonnage cylinders.

High-torque universal commutator motor starts consistently under 100% full hydraulic load. Tolerates poor electrical supplies, voltage fluctuations, long job-site extension cords, and portable mobile generators.
TWO-SPEED FLOW & REDUCED CYCLE TIME
Delivers 3.0 L/min high-flow displacement under no-load (up to 13 Bar) for rapid tool advance, automatically shifting to 0.33 L/min at 700 Bar for swift work cycles and maximum production output.
SPECIALIZED VALVE ARCHITECTURE (MANUAL / SOLENOID)
Available in Auto-Dump (punching/crimping), 3/2 Manual, 3/2 Solenoid, and 4/3 Manual configurations to power both single-acting and double-acting cylinders with positive advance-hold-retract precision.
24 VAC REMOTE PENDANT & IMPACT SHROUD (13-14.5 KG)
Molded high-strength shroud shields motor and manifold while incorporating an ergonomic carry handle. Standard 3-meter pendant operates at 24 VAC low-voltage to isolate operators from line voltage.
HIGH-CYCLE HYDRAULIC PUNCHING & CRIMPING
HPE-C-1100 Auto-Dump valve automatically retracts upon releasing the pendant switch, ideal for rapid metal hole punchers, cable crimpers, and pipe cutters.
SCAFFOLDING & OVERHEAD ELECTRICAL TOWERS
At just 13-14.5 kg with an integral carry handle, single operators easily haul the unit up catwalks, high scaffolding, and utility transmission towers.
DOUBLE-ACTING BEARING PULLERS & SHOP PRESSES
HPE-C-1400 with 4/3 manual spool valve enables controlled powered advance, positive load holding, and smooth retraction of double-acting tooling.
