HLW Series Vertical Hydraulic Lifting Wedges
Engineering Overview & Structural Features
The HLW Series Vertical Hydraulic Lifting Wedges deliver powerful, stable, and straight vertical lifting force for precision machine installation, heavy plant positioning, foundation leveling, and structural alignment. Powered by a 700 Bar single-acting spring-return cylinder across 16 and 18 Metric Ton capacities, the HLW Series requires an ultra-compact minimum insertion gap of just 10 mm. Its unique interlocking stepped wedge geometry eliminates side slip and first-step bending, advancing smoothly to a 21 mm vertical lift stroke and expanding up to 81 mm with stepped safety blocks.
Straight Vertical Lifting Movement
Engineered for true perpendicular straight vertical lifting, completely eliminating machine sliding, lateral shear stresses, and floor slippage during heavy machinery leveling and alignment.
10 mm Access Gap & Full-Load Spread
Requires an ultra-low minimum insertion clearance of only 10 mm, with each progressive step engineered to advance smoothly under full rated working tonnage up to 81 mm total opening.
Interlocking Wedge & Zero Slip-Out
Unique interlocking stepped wedge design ensures seamless load guidance, eliminating initial step bending and completely removing the danger of slipping out of the lifting interface.
Spring-Return Cylinder & Safety Block
Powered by a high-pressure single-acting spring-return hydraulic cylinder for swift retraction, supplied standard with stepped safety blocks for secure mechanical load holding.
OEM Cross-Reference & Dimensional Interchangeability
Single-acting vertical hydraulic lifting wedges delivering 16 to 18 Ton lifting capacity with a 10 mm access gap, interlocking wedge, and straight vertical travel. 16 - 18 Ton Vertical Wedges.
