The HHW-S Series Slim-Profile Low Clearance Wrenches are specially developed for confined bolting applications where standard low-profile torque wrenches cannot fit. Manufactured with aerospace-grade monolithic alloy bodies and optimized slim powerheads, the series delivers maximum torque output from 228 to 44,593 N·m across nut sizes from 19 to 175 mm while reducing overall cylinder width (W2) down to 35–95 mm.
AEROSPACE MONOLITHIC BODY
Constructed using high-tech aerospace material with an integrally molded body. This monoblock architecture strengthens the tool body for superior working durability and fatigue resistance under 700 Bar continuous hydraulic pressure.
REDUCED W2 SLIM PROFILE
The cylinder width (W2) of the powerhead is specially reduced down to 35–95 mm, making the wrench ultra-compact and perfectly suited for extreme narrow-gap and limited clearance bolting conditions.
INTERCHANGEABLE RATCHET CASSETTES
Wide range of metric and imperial interchangeable hexagon ratchet cassettes available. The same drive unit quickly couples with multiple cassette sizes, and reducer bushings are also available to cover diverse fastener envelopes.
360° SWIVEL & ±3% PRECISION
Swiveling inlet port rotates a full 360 degrees to prevent hose binding, eliminate line kinking, and provide unrestricted tool positioning. Advanced 3D CAD design provides consistent torque precision within ±3%.
