HHN-M Series Heavy Industrial Mounting Nuts
Engineering Overview & Structural Features
The HHN-M Series Heavy Industrial Mounting Nuts are purpose-built hydraulic press-fit tools commonly used for mounting and dismounting heavy bearings, flywheels, marine propellers, and precision shaft components. Generating smooth, continuous axial thrust at 70-80 MPa (700-800 Bar), the hydraulic nut eliminates hammer blows, thermal heating damage, and shaft scoring. Installed via internal precision threads onto shaft parts, the annular piston delivers controlled axial drive-up across M50 to Tr900 envelopes, smoothly positioning workpieces to their exact interference seating depth.
SMOOTH NON-IMPACT TOP THRUST
Generates uniform, controlled axial thrust with zero shock or mechanical impact, completely eliminating damage to expensive bearings, shafts, and precision mating seats during press-fit mounting.
70-80 MPA HIGH-PRESSURE PRESS-FIT
Operates under 700-800 Bar hydraulic pressure with effective piston areas up to 32,848 mm², delivering immense axial drive-up capacity across strokes ranging from 5 mm to 25 mm.
M50 TO TR900 EXTENSIVE SHAFT RANGE
Complete engineering spectrum covering M50x1.5 up to M200x3 metric standard threads and Tr210x4 up to Tr900x4 heavy trapezoidal threads across 27 certified standard production frame sizes.
DUAL AXIAL & RADIAL G1/4" PORTING
Engineered with G1/4" hydraulic connections on both the cylindrical outer perimeter and back face, allowing flexible hose routing in tight machine cavities and confined vessel enclosures.
HIGH-PRECISION HYDRAULIC DRIVE-UP
The HHN-M hydraulic nut screws directly onto the shaft thread adjacent to the bearing inner ring or propeller hub. Pressurizing the cylinder pushes the component onto the tapered journal smoothly, achieving the exact interference fit and clearance reduction without flame heating or impact damage:
OEM Cross-Reference & Dimensional Interchangeability
The HHN-M Series 70-80 MPa hydraulic mounting nuts provide smooth, non-impact mounting and dismounting of bearings, flywheels, and marine propellers across M50 to Tr900. Operating at 700-800 Bar with up to 25 mm axial stroke, high hydraulic thrust pushes workpieces to exact position without damaging shafts or precision mating surfaces. 700 - 800 Bar / M50 - Tr900.
