Engineering Overview & Structural Features
The HHN-L Series Mechanical Lock-Ring Hydraulic Nuts are designed and manufactured for inspection, regular maintenance, and severe-vibration flanged connections requiring frequent disassembly. Unlike traditional temporary hydraulic bolt tensioners, the HHN-L series hydraulic nuts are designed to permanently replace standard hex nuts on the flange. Once pure hydraulic tensile force stretches the bolt axially at 1500 Bar (150 MPa), the load is mechanically preserved indefinitely by the built-in mechanical lock ring, eliminating bolt fatigue, galling, and loosening under cyclic impact.
PERMANENT LOCK-RING PRELOAD RETENTION
Permanently replaces standard hex nuts on the flange. Once pure hydraulic tension stretches the bolt stud axially, the mechanical lock ring is spun down to sustain 100% preload permanently upon pressure release.
1500 BAR ULTRA-HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM
Engineered for 1500 Bar (150 MPa) working pressure with 6 mm to 20 mm stroke capacity. Delivers 226 kN to 3864 kN tensioning force smoothly via ultra-high pressure manual, pneumatic, or electric pumps.
MULTI-NUT SIMULTANEOUS DAISY CHAINING
Equipped with quick connectors for rapid interconnection. Multiple hydraulic nuts can be linked in series around the flange circle for 100% simultaneous uniform tightening, eliminating uneven gasket loading.
EXTENSIVE CUSTOM SIZING (M22 TO M600)
Standard production covers M27 to M125 with customizable options from M22 to M600. Available with top or bottom oil porting and standard, trapezoidal, or rectangular thread profiles from 63 to 180 MPa.
OEM Cross-Reference & Dimensional Interchangeability
Ultra-high pressure 1500 Bar (150 MPa) mechanical lock-ring hydraulic nuts delivering 226 to 3864 kN pure axial bolt elongation.
