The HFS-S Series Classic Stepped Flange Spreaders provide safe, stable, and parallel separation of pipe flanges during plant maintenance, gasket renewal, hydrostatic testing, and valve replacements. Available in both mechanical ratchet drive (9 Metric Ton force via 200 N·m manual torque) and 700 Bar hydraulic power (15 Metric Ton spreading capacity), the HFS-S Series requires an ultra-low minimum insertion gap of just 6 mm. Its interlocking stepped wedge mechanism eliminates flange gouging, avoids first-step bending, and guarantees zero slip-out risk under maximum working load.

6 mm Access Gap & 81 mm Max Spread
Requires an ultra-low access clearance of only 6 mm for immediate insertion, with robust stepped spreader arms engineered to advance smoothly under full rated load up to 81 mm total opening.
