Engineering Overview & Structural Features

The HDCA Series Lightweight Aluminum Double-Acting Hydraulic Cylinders combine high-tonnage lifting and powered pulling capability with exceptional job-site portability, forged from ultra-high-yield 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum alloy to deliver over 50% weight reduction compared to conventional steel cylinders. Rated for 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) working pressure across 20 to 150 Metric Ton advance capacities, every model features hydraulic-powered retraction for rapid cycling regardless of hose lengths, full-surface hard-coat anodizing, a built-in safety relief valve, and a removable 6mm protective steel base plate.

POWERED HYDRAULIC RETRACTION & SAFETY VALVE

Double-acting hydraulic retraction guarantees rapid, positive plunger return regardless of hose run lengths or system backpressure. A factory built-in safety relief valve prevents accidental retract circuit over-pressurization.

COMPOSITE BEARINGS & HARD-COAT ANODIZING

High-performance composite guide bearings prevent metal-to-metal contact, dramatically enhancing cylinder cycle life and side-load resistance. Deep Hard-Coat anodized surface resists scratching, galling, and marine corrosion.

STEEL BASE DEFENSE & HARDENED SADDLE

Factory equipped with a removable 6mm hardened steel base protection plate and bolt-on steel saddle to shield lightweight aluminum components from abrasive site damage, debris indentation, and point-load deformities.

INTEGRAL STOP RING & ERGONOMIC HANDLES

Robust integral stop ring prevents piston blowout and withstands full rated cylinder tonnage. Heavy-duty integrated carry handles are standard on all models for easy job-site handling, meeting ASME B30.1 and ISO 10100 standards.
