The HCJ Series Self-Contained Hydraulic Jacks are purpose-built for heavy-duty lifting, equipment alignment, and structural positioning in severely restricted workspaces. Combining an integrated 700 Bar manual hydraulic pump, oil reservoir, and lifting ram into a compact monobloc forged alloy steel housing, the HCJ Series eliminates the need for separate pumps, high-pressure hoses, or external couplings. With an ultra-low collapsed height of only 76 mm and a 360° rotating pump body, it delivers 10 Metric Tons (100 kN) of dependable force wherever machinery clearance is critically constrained.

Engineered with an ultra-low 76 mm closed height and precision-machined from high-grade alloy steel, delivering 10 Ton lifting and positioning capacity in severe spatial clearances where standard external cylinders cannot fit.
360° Fully Revolving Integral Pump Body
Features a self-contained 700 Bar manual hydraulic pump mechanism that rotates a full 360 degrees around the cylinder axis, providing maximum operating versatility and effortless lever stroking from any approach angle.
Spring-Assisted Retract & Wear-Coated Piston
Equipped with an internal heavy-duty spring for positive piston retraction and an advanced wear-resistant piston surface coating that effectively resists side-load scoring, galling, and harsh industrial site contamination.
240 mm Detachable Handle & Toolbox Portability
Weighing only 4.2 kg with an integrated 127.2 ml sealed oil reservoir and a quick-detachable 240 mm operating lever, the complete unit provides grab-and-go portability that fits effortlessly into standard technician toolboxes.
